This is a fun, but finicky pattern that I chose to do when my oldest and dearest friend got married. This quilt is typically a full color wheel (e.g. this one from Purl Bee), but a full rainbow was a bit too much for Laura. So I settled on shades of blue:
Where this pattern gets tricky is in getting the curves to line up (curves are always difficult), and in the quilting. I chose to quilt the lines from the inside out, but you end up with a very dense spot of stitching in the center. Pretty, but it can get a bit messy too. Just be forewarned!
